Terms of use
Access to and use of Coacheye is provided by Glui ApS (Coacheye) on the following terms:
Definitions
Client - an individual or company who signs up to Coacheye and agrees to purchase a service offered by a Coach.
Coach - an individual who is registered on Coacheye who offers services specific to Personal, Business or Life Coaching.
Reference Code - a unique code chosen by a Coach when registering on Coacheye.
Profile, Username and Password
When you register with Coacheye, whether you are a Client or a Coach you will be requested to provide a Username (minimum 3 characters) and a password (minimum 6 characters). The passwords will be encrypted. Upon activating your account, you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account with or without your knowledge.
The information that you provide to Coacheye must be correct and up-to-date and you agreed to keep this information updated when/if it changes over time. You agree to immediately inform Coacheye via the contact page of any unauthorized use of your password or account or your suspicion hereof. Coacheye reserves the right to remove your profile without prior notice, if the above is not adhered to.
Coaches
It's free to become a Coach on Coacheye. You must have a registered company in the country you operate, as we request a VAT number when you sign up. All prices quoted on Coacheye are inclusive of VAT (currently 25% in Denmark and 17.5% in the UK). Your clients pay online for your services on the Coacheye site, and we (Coacheye) pay you monthly. Our charge is commission-based:
- 12% if the client has found you via Coacheye
- 6% if you have invited the client to join Coacheye using your reference code
Reference Code
When you register as a Coach on Coacheye you will be asked to choose a reference code that will be unique to your profile. When a client registers on Coacheye using your reference code, you always earn 6% of the charged hourly rate - even if you are not the coach.
Coaches Obligations
As a coach on Coacheye you agree to the following:
- to enter into a confidential and professional relationship with your clients;
- not to publish client cases and/or client names, unless you have written permission to do so;
- not to upload, e-mail or in any other way publish material which is illegal or copyrighted;
- not to manipulate personal information to conceal your true identity;
- not to send or publish computer virus through Coacheye
Moreover, you accept that Coacheye can access your data in connection with a police investigation, to uphold these terms or to safeguard your account from misuse.
Besides monitoring public coaching profiles, and moderating these if necessary, Coacheye cannot be held responsible for any actions taken by coaches outside Coacheye. If Coacheye is made aware of a any irregularities (e.g. a wrongful description of education or references) Coacheye can choose to remove a coach without any prior notice.
Moreover, Coacheye can remove a coach, should the coach be unable to:
- moderate the contents of his or her profile (in terms of language, experience, references and certification);
- maintain a sensible coach/client relationship (including confidentiality);
- deliver a promised service to clients
Coacheye reserves the rights to remove a coach without any prior notice.
General
By using Coacheye you agree to be bound by these terms, which shall take effect immediately on your first use of Coacheye. If you do not agree to be bound by all of the following terms please do not access, use and/or contribute to Coacheye.
These terms of use are important in order to protect you and Coacheye. It is important to take time to carefully read these terms and by proceeding further you are deemed to have accepted them.
Coacheye may change these terms from time to time and so you should check these terms regularly. Your continued use of Coacheye will be deemed acceptance of the updated or amended terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you should cease using this website. If there is any conflict between these terms and specific local terms appearing elsewhere on Coacheye (including house rules) then the latter shall prevail.
You agree to use Coacheye only for lawful purposes, and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of Coacheye. Prohibited behaviour includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within Coacheye.
This website and the information contained in it, is governed by the laws of the England and Wales. The English courts have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to all claims or disputes that may arise in relation to the use of this website and these terms of use.
Any opinions which we express reflect our views and judgements at the time they were given and are subject to change without notice.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Coacheye, its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, actions or demands including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting from (i) any material you provide to the Coacheye Site, (ii) any Web Site Content that you use or (iii) your breach of the terms of these Terms and Conditions. Coacheye shall provide notice to you promptly of any such claim, suit or proceeding and shall assist you, at your expense, in defending any such claim, suit or proceeding.
The copyright of this site and the information set out (excluding published material from other acknowledged sources) belongs to Coacheye and may not be copied, transmitted or reproduced without our prior permission.
In relation to any logo provided by the Coaches, their copyright of this material is acknowledged. Users of this site are not permitted to manipulate, copy, transmit or reproduce this material without the permission of the relevant Coach.
You will not directly or indirectly place on the website any material that (i) infringes on the intellectual property rights of any third party or any rights of publicity or privacy, (ii) violates any law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including without limitation, the laws and regulations governing export control, unfair competition, anti-discrimination or false advertising), (iii) is defamatory, libellous, threatening or harassing, (iv) is obscene, pornographic or harmful to minors or (v) contains any viruses, or other computer programming routines that damage (or are intended to damage), detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information ('Offending Content'). You agree to indemnify Coacheye for all losses, damages, liabilities and reasonable expenses which they incur in the defence of any third party claim arising in connection with placement of Offending Content by you on the website.
If any of these terms are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these terms are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction in which that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and the remaining terms shall survive and continue to be binding and enforceable.
The failure or delay of Coacheye to exercise or enforce any right in these terms does not waive the Coacheye's right to enforce that right.
No part of this site maybe reproduced or transmitted or stored in any form of electronic retrieval system or on any other website.
