CIPD Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring
This course carries an EMCC Intermediate Level accreditation. The programme covers the theory and practice of coaching and mentoring, including techniques, tools, standards and ethics essential for effective, high quality professional coaching and mentoring. The Certificate complies with the national occupational standards issued by the Employment National Training Organisation (EMPNTO) and the professional code of ethics and standards developed by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). Length 7 months.
