European NLP Coaching Certification
The program consists of 20 days of experiential face-to-face training with extensive coaching practice, demonstrations and feedback on your coaching. The program is divided into five modules of 4 days each. It takes place over a six-month period. Between each module throughout the program each student has an ongoing coaching relationship 1) as a coach to another student and 2) as a coaching client. This program unites the principles of Advanced NLP with the power of Coaching. It offers a comprehensive Certification Program for individuals whose work involves interacting with, influencing and assisting others, or who want to pursue a career as a professional NLP Coach. We're reminded of a New Yorker cartoon. A man reaches a fork in the road. One road has a sign that reads "To Heaven"; the other has a sign that reads "To seminars about how to get to Heaven". We want the real thing; we strive to make the training an experience of the growth, insight and enhanced performance that coaching can generate, and according to our graduates, we have succeeded. In this program, we don't just talk about coaching, we coach. Specifically, our program is built upon: 1) Integrating the strengths of coaching and NLP 2) Learning through hands-on doing 3) Joy and Rigor.
