Payment and 'My Coacheye'
Your account
All services on Coacheye are purchased online, and your payments are listed in your Coacheye account. The balance on your account is composed of the amounts you have paid in, minus the amounts of the services you have accepted receipt of:
- The coach must accept your session booking before you can pay for it. Thereafter you can choose to prepay the session, or wait until the session has taken place. It is up to the coach if he/she prefers prepayment in order to carry out the booked session. In other words, the coach can choose not to coach you if you have not yet paid for it at session start. Therefore we recommend prepayment unless you agree with the coach to pay after 'delivery'. Anyway, for your peace of mind, no payment is released to the coach until you have accepted receipt of 'goods' - the coaching session.
- Booking of courses works in a similar way, except that you will be asked to pay at the time of booking in order to secure your seat at the course.
On 'Account' you can see a list of pending payments, as well as a description of what service each payment covers. You can deposit money to your Coacheye account using most common credit cards:
Pay your coach
At My Coacheye you can both deposit money to your Coacheye account and pay invoices from your coach. All transfers between you and Coacheye are completed through a secure connection.
What if I do not want to pay?
If you refuse to pay for the session, it's first of all a matter between you and your coach. Choose 'Do not sign-off' the session, and state the reasons for your refusal in your own words. If you subsequently don't come to any agreement, Coacheye can function as a mediator. Notice that the full payment is tied to your account while the dispute continues.
Transfer money from Coacheye to your bank
If you want to transfer money from your Coacheye account to your bank account simply contact Coacheye. Money spent on coaching sessions cannot be transferred. You can only transfer money to the account number set in your personal settings.
