I've been coaching business professionals for over a number of years and it is something I really enjoy and many of my clients have achieved incredible results. I worked at Goldman Sachs investment bank in Human Capital Management for 4 years as a Vice President looking after Leadership Development and as a result have great experience in coaching and mentoring people at all different levels. Goldman is one of the top organisations in the world and so if you're looking for a coach who is able to coach you to that level - I am the coach for you! That said, I am also very comfortable and enjoy working at ALL levels and you will find me very friendly, fun and approachable as a coach. I now run my own leadership development company and am working with top companies such as Canada Life, Coutts, Royal Bank Scotland, Schering Plough and Oracle where we run both leadership development courses in groups and also 1-1 coaching sessions.
